TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made with Azwood Ltd. This includes orders placed online or by email, phone, fax, post or by any other means. Azwood reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Shipping Costs
Delivery of orders placed via the Online Ordering From to a General New Zealand address is FREE! Delivery of orders to a Rural address will incur a Freight Charge.
Rural Freight Charges
To Courier to a Rural Address will occur a $4.00 charge (plus GST) for any outer ordered.
A Bulk Freight order will occur a $35.00 (plus GST) charge. This charge is total no matter if 10 bags or 70 bags are ordered.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. That's why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will be maintained with strict confidence. Should you ever wish your details to be removed from our database, email your request to admin@pussydo.co.nz. We will process your request immediately.
Returns
If you have been incorrectly supplied a product at the fault of Azwood, we will cover all costs related to returning the incorrect product to us and supplying you with the correct product. If you wish to return product due to ordering incorrectly or for any other reason other than at the fault of Azwood, all freight costs must be met by you.
Damaged Product
If you have a damaged product, email us at sales@pussydo.co.nz or free call 0800 299663 Provide us with the invoice number that the products were supplied on. We will work out to find a solution to this. A credit may be issued. You do not need to return the faulty product to us.
Delivery Guarantee
Only applies to orders placed by filling out the Online Order Form. Orders must be placed by 3.00pm. Orders placed after this time will be deemed as being placed on the following business day. For rural deliveries an extra two days is added. Guarantee is invalid if incorrect or insufficient delivery address details are given by the customer. All deliveries are non signature only. The delivery address must be a New Zealand address.
An order is deemed as being placed when full payment is received. The time of delivery is taken as the time stated by the courier delivery company. The guarantee will not apply to orders placed between 10th December and the 10th January.
Referrals
A customer (referrer) may refer as many other Cat litter Users (referees) as they wish and for each referee who places an order, the referrer will be eligible for a free 20 Litre Pussydo Bag subject to the terms and conditions below. The following terms and conditions apply. The person referred cannot be a current or historical customer of Azwood Ltd. The referee must place their first order within three months of their name being supplied by the referrer. If the referee places an order more than three months later, the offer is invalid and the referrer cannot claim a free bag of litter for the referral. To protect the integrity of this offer, proof of identity may be requested at any time of both the referrer and the referee, and, if denied, may invalidate the offer at the discretion of Azwood. A person can only be referred via the referral process on the website.
By referring another person you signify you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
