Terms of TradeTERMS & CONDITIONSThese Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made with Awarua Ltd. This includes orders placed online or by email, phone, fax, post or by any other means. Awarua reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Shipping CostsPrice quoted includes Freight. Privacy PolicyWe respect your privacy. That's why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will be maintained with strict confidence. Should you ever wish your details to be removed from our database, email your request to sales@pussydo.co.nz. We will process your request immediately. ReturnsIf you have been incorrectly supplied a product at the fault of Awarua, we will cover all costs related to returning the incorrect product to us and supplying you with the correct product. If you wish to return product due to ordering incorrectly or for any other reason other than at the fault of Awarua, all freight costs must be met by you. Damaged ProductIf you have a damaged product, email us at sales@pussydo.co.nz or free call 0800 101 601. Provide us with the invoice number that the products were supplied on. We will work out to find a solution to this. A credit may be issued. You do not need to return the faulty product to us. Delivery GuaranteePallet orders will be dispatched the following day after the order has been confirmed. For rural deliveries an extra two days is added. Guarantee is invalid if incorrect or insufficient delivery address details are given by the customer. All deliveries are non signature only. The delivery address must be a New Zealand address. An order is deemed as being placed when full payment is received. The time of delivery is taken as the time stated by the courier delivery company. The guarantee will not apply to orders placed between 10th December and the 10th January. |
